Expo Water Seal is a ready-to-use penetrating water repellent for use on various Portland cement substrates. It is a non-yellowing, non-film emulsion that prevents the intrusion of water into portland cement surfaces. Expo Water Seal does not alter the appearance of treated surfaces. It is vapor permeable, non-flammable and VOC compliant.
