USG Tuf-Cal™ Casting Statuary Plaster is an interior casting plaster formulated with fibers and polymer to produce high impact strength and chip resistance for both hollow and solid casting operations. This mid-range strength product has wide working properties with fiber size that makes them nearly invisible upon casting. USG Tuf-Cal™ Casting Statuary Plaster:

• Achieves high early strength
• Delivers higher green strength and greater chip- and impact-resistance than USG White Art Plaster, USG No. 1 Casting Plaster or USG Hydrocal® White Gypsum Cement
• Is ideal for larger, hollow casts; produces quality in solid casts
• Sets in 27-37 minutes; must be machine mixed
• Requires 50 parts water by weight per 100 parts plaster
