DuPont™ Commercial Sealant is a one-part architectural-grade, urethane-modified acrylic sealant that easily extrudes in a variety of weather and temperature conditions and cures quickly at room temperature. This cold-applied, non-sagging urethane-modified acrylic material cures to a flexible, UV stable elastomer. The cured sealant is durable and flexible enough to accommodate ±25 percent movement of original joint dimension when installed in a properly designed weatherseal joint.
