We are always looking for talented individuals who are motivated to grow in their career. With yard locations across California (El Cajon, El Centro, Escondido, Perris, Sacramento) and Hawaii (Honolulu), J&B Materials is hiring for several key open positions, including:
- Operations – Stocking Supervisors, Warehouse Workers, CDL Drivers, Dispatchers, and other professionals are responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers.
- Sales & Sales Management – Inside Sales and Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for lead generation and personal interaction with customers in pursuit of revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
- Customer Service – Working in collaboration with Sales personnel, our Customer Service Representatives coordinate and execute the overall customer service experience, determining necessary strategies, and providing the crucial first point of contact.
- Purchasing & Logistics – Pricing Managers, Purchasing Assistants and other professionals are collaboratively engaged in managing supplies, services, and equipment for our yards.
